How long will it take to get my parts/Items?  

-Unless of an emergency all orders can expect to be delivered within the shipping times listed on the product at checkout. Keep in mind we have a 1-2 day processing time for all orders but can also take longer on occasion so please be patient we make sure all customers get what they need!

 

I Made an order but haven't received a shipping notification?

-Customers also will immediately be notified when they have placed an order, please ensure all shipping and product information displayed is correct. 

-All customers will be notified when their order has shipped via email and will receive tracking information (if available). 

 

Do you ship to ..? 

-Currently deliver to all 50 US states, reach out for delivery options if not in the United States.

 

Why are the shipping prices so affordable? 

-Nobody likes expensive shipping, unless your amazon

-No shipping option is more than 10 dollars at OAC.

-Free shipping on certain products.

 

Important*

Custom Items

-All Custom items are made specifically to the customer's order so keep in mind that certain products can take up to 60 days to manufacture and ship out.

-Customized products are guaranteed fitment for vehicle options listed but we often have fitment for vehicles not listed. reach out through social media or email and let us know your car model!

We are not responsible if product does not fit due to YOU choosing the wrong option when ordering. 

Instructions: If available all products will have instructions, but certain products are intended for professional install and will not have instructions. (feel free to reach out to ask)

 

Returns

-All products have a 30 day return/refund policy. refunds are only accepted if products are still in the package and have not been tampered with or any signs of install attempts. We are not responsible for customers damaging products during install.
